Property Management

Plus bureaucracy costs which could be incurred.

Rabbit Property Management B.V. will handle the daily operations of your real estate properties on behalf of the property owner (You). This can include residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Our responsibilities can be extensive and typically cover the following areas:

1. Rent Collection and Financial Management

  • Managing the property’s financial accounts, including payment of bills and expenses.

  • Collecting rent from tenants

  • Preparing financial reports for the property owner.

  • Setting and adjusting rent prices based on market trends.


2. Tenant Relations:

​

  • Managing tenant communication, addressing complaints, and resolving conflicts.

  • Finding and screening potential tenants, including background checks and credit reports.

  • Overseeing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.

  • Enforcing lease terms and handling evictions if necessary.


3. Maintenance and Repairs:

​

  • Coordinating repairs and improvements, including hiring and supervising contractors.

  • Scheduling regular maintenance to ensure the property remains in good condition.

  • Responding to emergency maintenance requests from tenants.


4. Property Marketing:

​

  • Hosting property showings and open houses.

  • Advertising available units to attract new tenants.

  • Managing online listings and marketing campaigns.


5. Legal Compliance:

​

  • Managing property taxes, insurance, and other legal obligations.

  • Ensuring the property complies with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Handling legal disputes with tenants, contractors, or other parties.


6. Administrative Duties:

​

  • Preparing reports for the property owner on occupancy rates, income, expenses, and other key metrics.

  • Keeping detailed records of all property activities, including financial transactions, tenant communications, and maintenance logs.

  • Advising the property owner on ways to improve property value and income potential.


Rabbit Property Management B.V. involves the oversight of the day-to-day operations, financial management, tenant interactions, and legal responsibilities associated with real estate properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, profitable, and compliant with laws.
